Het bedrijf, opgericht in 2011, was de eerste Pega-partner in Nederland. Binnen BPM Company is Sofie Claas (HR Manager) verantwoordelijk voor het HR-beleid. Marnix Jongebreur is Talent Manager. In deze case study leggen Sofie en Marnix uit hoe Thalently prestatie- en talentontwikkeling bij BPM Company structueert en ondersteunt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Van visie naar een gestructureerd proces<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marnix: \u201cVoordat we met Thalently begonnen, hadden we al een duidelijke filosofie rondom talentmanagement. We hadden een \u201ddevelop &amp; grow' handboek dat onze visie op het begeleiden en ontwikkelen van talent duidelijk uiteenzette.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sofie: \u201cTegelijkertijd realiseerden we ons dat er ruimte voor verbetering was op het gebied van structuur en documentatie. We werkten met aparte beoordelingsformulieren, informatie was verspreid over verschillende locaties en veel werd handmatig vastgelegd - soms zelfs op papier. Dat maakte de zaken niet alleen ineffici\u00ebnt, maar ook moeilijk te overzien.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wat we ook merkten, was dat \u00e9\u00e9n-op-\u00e9\u00e9n-gesprekken \u2014 onze BILA's \u2014 niet altijd consistent werden gevoerd. Onze \u2018kompassen\u2019 \u2014 de persoonlijke jaarplannen voor elke medewerker \u2014 bleven ook vaak achter. Hierdoor was het proces niet altijd transparant en hadden we beperkt zicht op de ontwikkeling van onze medewerkers.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Het keerpunt<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDe implementatie van Thalently was een echt keerpunt. In het begin moest je er zeker aan wennen. Je vraagt mensen om anders te werken en een nieuwe benadering van ontwikkeling te omarmen. Maar omdat de HR-afdeling iedereen zorgvuldig door de transitie heeft geleid, is het nu volledig verankerd in de organisatie.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Alles op \u00e9\u00e9n plek, realtime inzicht<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWat Thalently voor ons heeft gedaan, is bovenal centraliseren en structuur aanbrengen. Alles staat nu op \u00e9\u00e9n plek. Of je nu HR of leidinggevende bent, je ziet direct waar iemand staat in het proces. Hebben de BILA\u2019s plaatsgevonden? Hoe vordert de kompas? Waar moeten we bijsturen? Dat geeft ons een veel scherper beeld van onze mensen \u2014 en dat is cruciaal, want daardoor kunnen we snel en daadkrachtig ingrijpen als iemand niet op koers ligt met zijn doelen.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marnix: \u201cHet raamwerk was er al. Thalently geeft ons een tool die het proces daadwerkelijk faciliteert. Hierdoor verlopen beoordelings- en ontwikkelingscycli veel consistenter. Ik heb \u00e9\u00e9n centraal dashboard dat me een compleet overzicht geeft. Hierdoor kan ik diepere, betekenisvollere gesprekken voeren met medewerkers. Ik heb directe toegang tot wat er in eerdere sessies is besproken en kan daar direct op voortbouwen. Ik kan ook veel gemakkelijker identificeren waar coaching of training nodig is - wat leidt tot betere prestaties, hogere productiviteit en, het allerbelangrijkste, meer tevreden medewerkers.\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daarnaast maakt Thalently het mogelijk om bedrijfsdoelstellingen te koppelen aan individuele doelen, waardoor direct duidelijk wordt hoe een ieder bijdraagt aan de organisatie als geheel.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Van reactieve naar continue prestatie- en talentontwikkeling<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sofie: \u201cDe \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/thalently.com\/nl\/producten\/persoonlijk-kompas\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"483\">persoonlijk kompas<\/a>\u2018 speelt een centrale rol binnen Thalently. In de eerste maand nadat iemand bij ons is begonnen, stellen we samen doelen op \u2013 zowel persoonlijk als gericht op de organisatie \u2013 en kijken we expliciet naar: hoe ga je die doelen realiseren?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wat hier echt helpt, is het ritme dat Thalently oplegt. We werken met negen BILAs per jaar en een eindejaarsgesprek. Het systeem herinnert zowel de werknemer als de manager automatisch. Dat maakt er meer van dan een eenmalige oefening \u2013 het wordt een continu proces. En omdat er een continue dialoog is tussen werknemers en management, word je veel minder snel verrast.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Voorkomen van ongewenst verloop<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDit brengt ons in een veel betere positie om ongewenste uitstroom te voorkomen. Je signaleert eerder wanneer iemand niet goed presteert in zijn functie, wat betekent dat we tijdig kunnen ingrijpen en bijsturen. Mensen voelen zich gezien en gewaardeerd \u2013 en dat maakt het verschil.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Toezicht, duidelijkheid en gemoedsrust bij prestatie- en talentontwikkeling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marnix: \u201cEen van de functies die ik het meest indrukwekkend vind aan Thalently is de digitale <a href=\"https:\/\/thalently.com\/nl\/producten\/feedback\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"836\">360-graden feedback <\/a>proces. Medewerkers kunnen mensen van binnen en buiten de organisatie uitnodigen om feedback te geven. Die feedback wordt vervolgens samengevoegd en direct toegankelijk en makkelijk doorzoekbaar gemaakt. Dat is een echte meerwaarde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De grootste winst is echter de duidelijkheid en de gemoedsrust die Thalently brengt in het proces. Je weet waar je staat \u2014 als organisatie en als individu.
