Dario has been involved with Thalently since the very beginning as one of the developers behind the platform. Over the years, he has helped shape the application while continuously looking for smarter and more practical ways to improve how things work. His curiosity and problem-solving mindset have played an important role in the development of the platform.

What attracted Dario most to Thalently was the opportunity to help build something completely new. From the start, he enjoyed having the freedom to think creatively and test different ideas. Working in an environment where innovation and improvement were part of the daily process is what made the project especially interesting to him.

“When my team and I started working on Thalently, we had a lot of freedom to think creatively about how different features and processes within the platform should work. We were building the application in Launchpad, a low-code platform focused on fast application development, which made the whole process feel very dynamic and innovative.

What I enjoy most about development is solving problems and building solutions that people actually use in their daily work. I like seeing how an idea slowly turns into something valuable that can genuinely help organizations work more efficiently.”

Continuing to Grow
